Report Description

Subhauler Invoice Summary Report can be located on the Report Dashboard and allows users to view a subhauler invoice summary to ease the process of estimating and calculating subhauler-related charges. Utilizing the Driver Sign In/Out functionality, users can verify time stamps and subhauler driver hours by job.

Simply select the date range and view all subhaulers dispatched in the selected date range. Information visible will include tonnage and hours. 

Selecting any of the hyperlinks (Subhauler, Quantity, and Amount) will drill into the daily breakdown in the selected date range. Users can also manage rates and rate type per Subhauler/Job. Options for Rate Types:

• Hourly

• By Load

• By Ton

Users are able to establish a standard, or default, of pay type per Job via Admin > Jobs. For additional information on Pay Rates, click here.
