User Management

 Manage users and roles within the Resources > Users page, users can Create or Edit User information.

 

To Add a User, select the '+ Add User' in the upper right corner of the User Screen.

Users can enter the following information:

  • Email *

  • First Name *

  • Last Name *

  • Role - to view more information on Role permissions, click here.

    • Dispatcher

    • Admin

    • Customer

    • Foreman

    • Equipment Manager

  • Password *

  • Confirm Password *

  • Plants - assign a user to a specific plant (optional)

 * designates required fields

To save User, select Add User

 

 

To Edit a User, select the pencil icon to the left of the User Name. Admin Roles can edit information and set user status to Active (checkbox option).

 

To save User changes, select Update
