Drivers
To access Driver information - Resources > Drivers
In the Drivers screen - users are able to add a new driver and edit/delete a driver previously setup
Add - Select '+ Add Driver' hyperlink in the upper right corner
Edit - Select pencil icon listed to the left of Driver Name
Delete - Select red 'X' listed to the left of Driver Name
Driver Details
When selecting Add Driver Or Edit, users will be taken to the Driver Details Page
From this page, users can enter the following information then select 'Add Driver'. Users are able to send a link to the driver via SMS message to download the BroadLoop Mobile App while creating or editing a driver as well.
First Name *
Last Name *
Phone Number *
Pin - this will auto default to the last four digits of the phone number entered
Pin will be used when signing into the BroadLoop Mobile App
Email Address
Custom Tag
Vehicle - assign the driver to a vehicle
Plant
Hire Date
* designates the field is required
Notifications
Users are able to update Notification settings while editing a previously created driver.
Select the Notifications tab. Users can update the following:
SMS Allow Setting (On or Off)
PUSH notification allowed (On or Off)
Email - users are able to update a drivers email
**Push and SMS Allow settings will allow your dispatcher to send upcoming, or current dispatch information directly to the drivers
To save changes, select Update
Compliance
Users are able to update or add compliance settings while editing a previously created driver. Select the Compliance tab. Users can update the following:
Add Compliance - Select '+ Add Compliance' on the right side of the screen
Users can add the following information:
Number - user defined number
Type - Select the compliance type
Annual Review
Certification of Violation
Alcohol/Drug Test
Drivers License
Motor Vehicle Report
Medical Card
Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
Issue - issued date
Expiration - expiration date
To save changes, select Add Compliance
**If any of the compliances are expired, or nearing expiration, a number of compliances needing attention will be listed on the Drivers screen. To view the compliance, you can select the # hyperlink and the user will be directed to the Compliance Page
