This knowledge base article will explain BroadLoop's functionality for contractors to review e-Tickets and send to the state's DOT.

Dashboard - Daily Performance

BroadLoop's users are able to review e-Tickets assigned to a particular job and update the status. When e-Tickets are approved, they can be e-mailed to State DOTs or external clients.

To begin the e-Ticket review process, users should select Dashboard on the main page.

Once you have selected the date, users will view the Daily Performance Dashboard which will display all dispatched jobs for the date selected. Any dispatched jobs which include plant loadout tickets will be visible on this page as well.

BroadLoop users are able to select 4 hyperlinks 'X Loads', 'Cycle (Xm)', 'Load Speed', and 'Tons per Hour'.

The 'X Loads' and 'Load Speed' hyperlinks will display the same information and can be used to view Cycle Time Analysis per truck along with the ability to Start a Review for E-Tickets.

For additional information on Cycle Time Analysis, please click here.

The 'Cycle (Xm)' hyperlink will display cycle times per vehicle/driver. along with min, max, and average information.

Tons per Hour hyperlink will display a total of Plant Tons per hour along with a graph visual.

E-Ticket Review

Once users have selected a date and job to complete from the Dashboard, they are able to Start a Review. Users can complete this by selecting the 'X Loads' hyperlink, scrolling to the bottom of the e-Ticket list and selecting the 'Review Tickets' button

In the eTicket Review screen, users will see a list of previously created reviews. The associated status of each review is listed as well (In Progress, Approved, or Cancelled). Users can edit and complete an In Progress review or Start a New Review by clicking the button in the upper right corner of the screen.

In the eTicket Review > eTicket Job screen, users can reject or hide e-tickets. Once the review is completed, select the 'Approve' button in the upper right of the screen to send the approved e-Ticket information via email.

E-Ticket Status

While reviewing e-Tickets, users will notice three Status options for e-Tickets. Approved, Rejected, and Internal. Below is an explanation and breakdown for each.

  1. Approved Tickets - Tickets will appear with a Green Highlight in the eTicket Review > eTicket Job screen. These tickets will be visible to on all associated pages (Home - e-Ticket and e-Ticket related reports). These tickets will be visible on the Approved e-Ticket Email link

  2. Internal Tickets  - Tickets will appear with a Yellow Highlight in the eTicket Review > eTicket Job screen. These tickets will be visible to on all associated pages (Home - e-Ticket and e-Ticket related reports). However, they will NOT be visible on the Approved e-Ticket Email link. Any ticket tagged as internal will be noted with the visual below

  3. Rejected Tickets - Tickets will appear with a Red Highlight in the eTicket Review > eTicket Job screen.
